Conference fees do not include the Friday Luncheon Program, which must be paid for seperately by those who wish to attend.

All conference fees include continental breakfast, materials and continuing education credits. The registration fee is refundable (less $35.00) if your cancellation is received by 5:00 pm, October 8, 2008. Cancellations received after this date are non-refundable.
